Sep 2006 - Zooming in and out to improve your document view

Here's a neat little trick for those of you, like me, whose eyes are not as good as they used to be.

Don’t forget, if you already know it you can give yourself a well-deserved pat on the back!

Hold down the Ctrl key and roll the wheel on your mouse. This will zoom in or out and will make the screen easier to read, or harder to read if you roll the wrong way!

This trick works where you have a zoom option. So it will work in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. It also works on some web pages.

It will also only work if you have a mouse with a wheel!
